Completed dissertation work on the topic- “Vyaktitv vikash me Yama Niyama ka mahatva" for the fulfilment of M. A. Applied Yoga & Human Excellence for Dev Sanskriti Vishwavidyalaya, Haridwar (2011-2013).

Work Experience:

1.Working as Yoga Teacher in Kendriya Vidyalaya NHPC, Dharchula continuously from last three academic sessions.

2.Worked as Yoga Teacher in Kendriya Vidyalaya, Gwaldam (U.K.) for one academic session.

3.Worked as a Yoga instructor in training cell Shantikunj Haridwar for 05 months.

4.One month Internship - Visited various schools, colleges & public places of Chitrakut, Allahabad & Jhansi and conducted many programs on health Management, personality development & improving concentration through yogic Techniques and Meditation in 2013.

Awards & Achievements :

1.Participated as a delegate in NATIONAL YOGA WEEK organized by Morarji Desai National Institute of Yoga-2013.

2.Participated as a delegate in the “WORLD YOGA CONFERENCE” and presented a paper titled: “Kishauro ke utthan hetu Yog darshan me varnit kriyayoga ka mahatv” organized by YOGA CENTER, UNIVERSITY OF JAMMU (2013).
