Present Organization:

Presently I am working for "Nirma Limited" as an " Engineer" from march 2015.

Job responsibility : Operation shift incharge cum dcs engineer.

I have been entrusted the responsibility to handle operation of 30 mw Thermal captive Power plant and equipments being used for plant operation.

I worked for "Thermax Limited" in "Power Plant Operation & Maintenance" Dept. as an "Engineer" from july 2012 to march 2015.

Site - Hindustan Zinc Ltd. 80MW CPP Zawar Mines Rajasthan.

●330 TPH PF Boiler of BHEL make.

●Impulse cum reaction,extraction cum condensing steam turbine of BHEL make.

Site - Trinetra Cement Ltd. (India Cement Group) 20MW CPP Banswara Rajasthan.

●95 TPH CFBC Boiler of CVL make (100% petcoke fired)

●Impulse cum reaction,extraction cum condensing steam turbine of Siemens make.

Site- ASR Multimetals Pvt. Ltd. 8 MW CPP Bhachau Kutch (Gujarat).

●20 TPH AFBC boiler of Thermax make.

●Impulse cum reaction,bleed cum condensing steam turbine of Triveni make.

Work Profile:

●I am responsible for all of power plant operations & controlling activity through DCS and field.

●Complete boiler Light up procedure (Hot & Cold Light up) through Dcs.

●Turbine rolling and safe stoppage of turbine.

●Troubleshooting during Black out, islanding and other emergency conditions.

●Maintain all operational parameter and log book during shift.

●Preparing daily report, monthly report.

Thermax Training

●In plant Training at Thermax (O&M) site (Hindustan Zinc Ltd. Zawar Mines site) 1X80 MW CPP, Boiler type: PF, Capacity: 330 TPH, Working pressure 90Kg/cm2, Temp: 540c. (for 7 days).

●In plant Training at Thermax (O&M) site ( Trinetra Cement Ltd.) 1x20 MW CPP,Boiler type : CFBC,Capacity: 95 TPH, Working pressure 88Kg/cm2, Temp: 520c. (for 15 days).

Education Qualification:

●B.E. in Mechanical Engineering from Guru Ramdas Khalsa Institute of Science & Technology Jabalpur (M.P.)

●Higher secondary School from Govt. Model high school Jabalpur (M.P.)
