Ensure all staff is trained in the contents of Health and Safety and fall protection plan and all related written safe operating procedures, ensure compliance with the requirements of Occupational Health and Safety Act in all incorporated Regulations and, compile Health and Safety file as required by the Construction Regulations, Ensure all records, registers and required lists are maintained, Stop any construction work upon identifying of any none compliance by any contractors including stopping any work should the competency of the person or persons carrying out such work be questioned, Conduct monthly audits of all work undertaken by sub-contractors and do complete monthly internal audit safety check list.
