JOB DESCRIPTION

-Supervises and controls the operation of the Building Management System and

monitors all plant activities of the Headquarters building services. Provides the

maintenance supervisor with Planned Preventive Maintenance schedules for

implementation.

-Analyze the behavior of the plant with respect to the set point and setting up the

various control parameters.

-Performs daily auditing of plant performance by utilizing the facilities built on the

Building Management System (BMS) e.g. data logging, plant review, alarm status etc.

-Analyze reason of failure of plant and provides specific diagnostic problem,
