Inspection of BOILER & PIPING activity such as Fit up, Weld visual, DPT, NDT.
Inspection of Pitch of Spiral & vertical Water Wall
Inspection of column & Water Wall verticality.
Inspection of Diagonal of Vertical &Spiral Water Wall
Interpret/Review NDT reports and maintain all related files.
Conduct welders Qualification Test, review of welders qualification record,
Monitor and maintain control records for Welding Consumable and Welder Performance Record.
Prepare Daily Inspection Reports. Maintain & update all quality related documents at site.
Inspections of radiography and reviewing RT Films.
Maintain all related files and protocol.
Inspection of Thikness & Fittup of pipe (P91)
Inspection of Platen,Reheater & super Heater Fittup,Welding,DPT.
Inspection of PWHT & maintain report of pipe (P91)
Co-ordination with Clients, Sub contractor and NDT Sub contractor.
