Worked for Condeco Software Private Limited as Japanese Language Expert (Service desk analyst) in customer support from May, 2016 - Feb, 2017 in Gurugram, India.

(Responsibility: To help Japanese people either on call or on email about the usage of Condeco screens. The support was for both hardware and software issues. To troubleshoot any technical error over remote sessions. To continuously follow-up on the issues faced by the customers.)

Worked for Taito English Café (part time) as English teacher from June, 2015 - Feb, 2016 in Tokyo, Japan.

(Responsibility: To do English conversation with Japanese people on general topics and help them gain command over the language.
