Involved in Implementation Project ONE PeopleSoft Financials 9.2 Applications support including P2P Release 1, A2R and R2R modules

Work with C2C team to identify scenarios for custom Billing interface and participate in meetings with Functional and Business users for Petroleum, Fuelco and Retailer Business Units

Conduct departmental meetings to understand current process flow and suggest improvements based on new 9.1 features

Develop functional specs for special projects, data flow diagrams flow charts and functional mapping for automated solutions in support of business process operations and functions

As a PeopleSoft Functional Analyst, below are the high level responsibilities in PeopleSoft Financials 9.1 Upgrade assessment phase including General Ledger/Reporting, Billing, Payables, and Receivables, Purchasing, Asset Management, Grants, Contracts, eSettlements and eProcurement

Establish PeopleSoft Financials upgrade assessment methodology to be used

Establish key activities, milestones and timelines for engagement

Lead the gathering of current state high-level business processes from department stake holders

Role: PeopleSoft Functional Consultant

As a PeopleSoft Functional Lead worked on implementation of PeopleSoft Financials 9.1 including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Billing, eSettlements, General Ledger, Purchasing, Expenses and Asset Management

Main responsibilities include interaction with business users and analysis, demonstrate Fit/Gap analysis between legacy system and PeopleSoft HCM
