combination of PCs and Macs. Using Service now I would respond to calls

regarding outlook 2013 and 2016. I would handle software requests by SCCM

As a member of the client services team I worked on the Airwatch

and secure printing projects. My daily activities are insuring network access to Mac

As a member of the client services team I worked on the domain migration project.

This included migrating the PC and current user profile to a new domain and

verifying network resources. I also worked on a project to move iOS devices to a

Working with the onsite I.T. staff we converted all blackberries and iPhones

to the UMG BES and or VPN tokens and RSA apps. Imaged and configured

PC’s and Macs for Capitol employees to UMGs standards. I also would

rotate back to the Santa Monica desktop team as needed.

As Technical project lead my responsibilities included verifying current programs

were compatible with Mac OS 10.7.2 / Windows 7 64bit if not work with the I.T

director on the current version of the needed program or test alternatives. I also

was part of daily conference calls when major issues arose and verified

resolution of said issues. If needed other groups would get involved and we would

AS400. Preformed backups and file restorations and created the Standard image

to be used for all desktops

Data Technician: Responded to calls from Remedy and a proprietary system

on software and hardware issues and installs on Windows 2000 Pro and Win

NT4 in a call center environment. Responsibilities also included activating

and troubleshooting network connections and end of lease preparation

Working on a variety of short-term contracts and personal clients. I’ve

worked on contracts referring to re-imaging of PCs and configuration for use

Network Engineer\Lan Administrator: Configured clients using Win XP

also kept the virus files recent, also made sure the server stayed updated with

the most current updates. I also configured the few Win2000 and Win XP pro

clients for usage in Active Directory. I continue to manage the server using

Terminal server and support the users using PC Anywhere.

Data Communications Tech. Installed and configured a Cisco router as a

backup to the insisting VPN router and verified connection from the outside.


Desk Top Support Served as a backup to the Desktop support team in a

Win2003 environment using Win XP pro clients. Also I helped in the

Inventorying of the Blackberry clients.

10-02 to 06-03 NATURAL DATA/ AVERY DENNISON Pasadena, CA

Desk Top Support\Queue Supervisor: Respond to calls regarding network

connectivity, Lotus Notes r5, local and network printing issues for over 250

users worldwide in a Novell 5 and Windows 2000 network using active

directory. Providing Telephone support and training for users who are

offsite pertaining to Lotus Notes, Worldcom VPN and RAS for. Also creating

user accounts for Internet access and modifying accounts granting access and

resetting account passwords. As well as configuring laptops For Dial up

networking, and VPN also Configuring Citrix connections, IP printing and

Ghosting of new PCs, configuring user profiles, installation of new software.

Also insuring that all new tickets are routed to the team responsible for the
