Evening Front Desk Responsibilities:

Answer phones promptly, Work with pharmacy putting them in touch with the appropriate nurse for reports, Schedule Care Plan meetings, Send letters to responsible parties inviting them to the Care Plan Meeting, Typing labels, armbands and chart labels for residents, Handle admissions as they come in. Open doors and greet visitors/family members when coming and going. Help family members or residents with any special needs (wheelchairs, carts, door code and directions) as they come up. Administrative help to Denise Calkins when needed. Filing, copying and securing the Front Desk area upon leaving.
