WORKING EXPERIENCE
Since October 2015 to February 2017, I worked as a data capturer and repayment clerk at National Manpower Development Secretariat under the project that was undertaken by the Ministry of planning in Maseru.
Duties I performed as a data clerk.
Processing paperwork and entering data into appropriate predefined database system.
Process inventory data, maintain, and manage inventory data in an organization manner.
Check accurate data has been entered and confer with the supervisor for incomplete information.
Produce automated data entry and integration reports as requested.
Duties I performed among others as a repayment clerk
Receiving files from data capturing then capturing sponsee payment instalments.
Searching for all sponsee payment instalments from payment file and paying attention to details.
Entering all sponsees in the SSMAS system thus compiling all statements for each.
Reporting to the supervisor.
January 2012- September 2012 I worked as a Licensing Assistant at Ministry of Trade and Industries, co-operatives and marketing Lesotho.
Duties that I performed as a licencing assistant
To assist traders to fill application forms and understand necessary requirements to acquire a trading license.
To ensure that trading licenses are displayed in all trading outlets.
To ascertain that all operations are covered to proper trade licenses.
To assist the business extension officer with follow-up activity courses held for traders.
To make sure that traders conform with the legislation and other relevant laws and to finally submit monthly reports, records and statistics.
January 2014-April- I worked as a co-operative assistant at Small business enterprises
Lesotho has grouped small businesses enterprises together, this is made up of people with needs coming together to achieve one desired goal. with the knowledge gained from studies, I educated people about co-operatives, their importances and bylaws. I also helped in their formation and registration, they are viably operating cooperatives now.
