●Handled approximately 130 claims per month, on both a regional and nationwide basis which included commercial and personal policies.

●Verified customer’ liability regarding all damages.

●Reviewed work submitted by Claims Adjusters/Appraiser’s Reports, inputting data to the computerized system, and set damages to ensure a fair settlement, applying deductibles; issued payments.

●Forwarded claims to the Comparative Negligence unit when warranted.
