To join an organization that has a need for my type of skills. I am looking for an
organization who is upfront and does encourage open communication. The first 22yrs. Of my career were spent working in a shop environment as either a leader or shop foremen. The last 25yrs. Were spent in CAD environment either as a leader or supervisor.
