Location: El-Burullus Combined cycle Power Plant at Kafr Elsheikh – Egypt. Description: Which used for reporting, statistics and analyzing contractor’s performance program. Duties

v To coordinate Health, Safety, Environment systems effectively. v Inspect Company HSE systems to ensure compliance within the above to a level meeting current best practice and exceeding that of competitors.

v Promote awareness and improvement in implementing HSE standards v Complete in field "coaching" to assure that all employees are observing, following, and understanding safety programs as well as the ability to understand and follow regulatory guidelines. v Coordinate with all locations to ensure accident, environmental incidents and near misses are reported, investigated and effective action taken.

v Prepare all of relevant documentation associated with audits and inspections. v Provides support in the development of safety meeting presentations and assists in conducting mandated safety training as per the HSE training matrix as needed and assist in reviewing employee training profiles for accuracy. v Conduct field visits to ensure effective systems are maintained for the identification, assessment and control of all significant hazards

v Conduct client visits to ensure the quality of our service. v Ensure all Positive & Dangerous feedback are uploaded on HSEQ online system and closed on time. v Coordinate with the operation manager to provide all HSE requirements for all permanent locations and follow up that through action trackers.

v Build up emergency plan & emergency instructions for all locations and Coordinate required emergency drills Conduct induction safety briefing for all new personnel on board the rig and platform. v Ensure the compliance of appropriate PPE's at work v Conduct Monthly, Quarter and annually HSEQ performance review meeting to be as a bench mark for our company performance.

v Responsible for all new locations setup.

v Analysis all client feedback to find out all our weak points and work on its improvement. ü HSE System Coordination

v Assist in the development, maintenance and implementation of HSE initiatives and programs consistent with Fielders HSE plans, legislative requirements and best practice. v Assist in the development of solutions and implementation of strategies to address identified key risk areas. ü HSE System Communication and Advice

v Develop and distribute monthly HSE reports, presentations and HSE topic that provide employees with workplace injury statistics, new initiatives and system changes. v Actively participate in formal and informal communication to increase and enhance the understanding and awareness of HSE issues internal and external requirements.

v Provide accurate and timely advice to managers on prevailing HSE issues. ü Reporting, Investigation, Assessment and Audit

v Prepare Monthly HSE reports and maintain data for Fielders’ national sites. v Promote and facilitate the completion of monthly HSE scheduled activities. v Maintenance of HSE Plans and HSE corrective actions. v Conduct regular workplace inspections and audits across varying locations across various sites. v Undertake risk assessments of new or changed plant, chemicals, facilities etc. v Lead and facilitate investigations with site management to ensure the root causes and corrective actions are identified.

v Develop memos, letters and alike to communicate and reinforce specific HSE issues with key stake holders

(Management, HSE Representatives and the general workforce). v Develop and review system documentation as prescribed through schedules or plans, or as required. v Compile HSE reports to convey information on the HSE performance of the business. ü Training

v Organize support materials, participants, catering and venues for HSE training programs. v Coordinate maintenance of HSE training records and attendees ensuring that information is filed and matrices are accurate.
