WORK EXPERIENCE: From March 15-2013 to till date.

Responsibility:-

Working as a team member of planning of day-to-day maintenance and scheduling for preventive maintenance for equipments in utility system.

Co-ordinate with man power as per shutdown planning for the job and Plant process improvement by modification and optimization.

Hands on experience in HMI.

Follow the SOP & SMP for every jobs.

Working as both operation and maintenance in utility equipments like Centifugal Pumps, VT pumps,slurrey pump,Compressor(only operation),Blower,PHE (plate type heat exchanger), softner,activated carbon filter,side stream filter,cooling tower, self cleaning filter,Pressure sand filter, Thickner.

Involve in media line flushing as per SOP.

Coordinating with inter department as per their requirement for smooth operation in shift.

Working as a team member for integration of backwash water system for recycle.

Making of RESERVATION,PR&SR in SAP as per planning of spare parts requirement for utility system.

To create the material code in MDRN and to use SAP for MM/PM module.

Update Pm module as per Pm schedule in SAP.

Create notification and notification order in SAP as per maintenance plan.

Technical Exposure:

Attaining the training programme for reducing the vibration level of an equipment for best efficiency of performance of the equipment

Attending the Various types of pump training programme.

Attending the training uses and handling of various type lubricating oils.

Attending the fire & safety training.
