Infosys Ltd is the Infrastructure support partner for Eversource Energy (Formerly Northeast Utilities). Support included 11 different tracks\areas ranging from Windows, UNIX, Security

(Firewall and Access), Datacenter Operations, Service Desk, etc. in a 24X7 Support Model of 2 Teams working at client location and base location in India. Responsibilities:

Development of batch jobs using JCL and COBOL on Mainframes.

Scheduling batch jobs using IBM Workload Scheduler and CA Autosys.

Fix job abends related to space or abends due to FTP issues.

Review the job code and related documents to ensure it meets the standards set by the company, before the jobs are moved to Production from Test.

Create and Maintain job reports using Infopac and Report Management Distribution System (RMDS).

Using Endevor Tool to package and deploy new batch jobs on Mainframes.

Using JIL to develop and deploy batch jobs on CA Autosys for Windows and UNIX environments.
