Operations Manager

Operations and Project Management for a portfolio of residential, commercial, medical office, and healthcare properties in the Chicago area. Coordinated with stakeholders, including Business Unit Leaders, Risk, Compliance, HR, IT, Technology & Operations, External Vendors, and various subject matter experts. Responsible for hiring, coaching, training and mentoring staff. Facilitated interdepartmental communication and allocated tasks and resources as needed.
