2015-Today Plant Manager for Ice River Springs, Marianna FL/ Allentown PA.
Oversee & Responsible for the operation of a water bottling plant with
an annual volume of 11 Million cases. I manage 27 employees
including Production, QA, Maintenance, Shipping and HR. Turning the
plant around and exceeded all 2016 goals and expectations.
2010-2015 Director of operations for Summit beverage Group. Oversee and
Responsible for the complete plant. Managed 33 hourly employees
and 5 managers in a hot fill facility with 235 SKU’s. Installed complete
hot fill line and engineered the HTST for hot fill processing.
2009-2010 Director of Operations, Pure Pacific International in Hilo Hawaii.
Responsible for the construction and operation of beverage plants in
Hawaii, Guam and Japan as well as the purchase and installation of
all beverage and support equipment. Also responsible for building and
training the new work force in each location in team building & T.Q.M.
2007-2009 Owner and operator of The Beverage Coach Consulting Company. I
worked with many companies throughout North America. Most
notable was the building of a 60,000 SqFt facility in Pageland SC and a
40,000 SqFt plant in Hilo Hawaii.
2006-2007 Director of Operations, Fuchs North America in Baltimore, MD.
Responsible for the operation of all Fuchs plants in North America.
Manage 22 Manager and 380 hourly employees across North America.
I was hired to take the company to the next level. Implemented team
building and employee accountabilities. Handled company capital
projects. Developed KPI’s for each department. Managed all
departments to meet or exceed 2007 budget. Worked with customers

2002-2006 Plant Manager, Universal Food & Beverage/ GMWC in
Independence, VA. Oversee and responsible for the operation of
Three production facilities and one satellite warehouse. Managed 75
hourly employees & 7 supervisors. Engineered, purchased and installed
complete hot fill bottling line. Engineered and built complete hot fill
process system. Implemented in-house Quality Assurance, Micro Lab
& Sanitation procedures. Implemented PM maintenance program
that reduced equipment downtime by 39.8%. Reduced labor CPC
from $.65 to $.4875. Trained all employees in Team Building, OSHA
compliance & GMPs. One lost time Accident in 4 years. Worked with
state and local regulatory agencies on the construction of a
wastewater treatment system. Designed, engineered and
constructed our wastewater treatment system. Six Sigma Project

2001-2002 Project Manager, Pepsi Bottling Group in Latham, NY
Responsible for the construction and the installation of bottling and canning equipment as well as the CQV process. My last assignment was to install a $20MM water line in Latham, NY. The project also included the installation of a new water treatment system to achieve micro filtration. Also headed team to reduce wastewater discharge. Responsible for the construction of our new plant in Moscow Russia.
1997-2000 VP of Operations, Quibell Spring Water in Roanoke, VA
Oversee and responsible for total plant operation. In a facility with an annual volume of 5 MM cases, 2 production lines and 95 SKUs. Managed 42 hourly employees and 5 managers. Managed plant to improve productivity and to correct poor quality history. Reduced labor cost by 20%. Implemented new sanitation & clean-up procedures. Conducted detailed training for all employees. Engineered source water protection items that eliminated contamination during loading of transport & off-loading at the facility. Implemented new tighter Quality assurance Specs. Removed, transported & re-installed complete bottling line for less than $40,000.00.
1994-1997 Plant Manager, Coca-Cola Bottling Co Consolidated, Mobile, AL
Oversee and responsible for total plant operations. In a union facility with an annual volume of 20 MM cases, 4 production lines and 300 SKUs. Managed plant to meet or exceed company goals, optimize efficiency and productivity and to be a HIGH QUALITY, low cost producer. Managed 105 hourly employees and 12 managers. Installed new wastewater treatment plant. Increased plant productivity by 7.81%. Increased plant bottle Quality index by 6%. Increased plant quality audit by 4%. Reduced plant overtime by 33.48%. Reduced plant shrinkage/ breakage by 27.27%. Maintained sugar concentrate yield of 100%. Increased plant CPH by 182 Cases per hour. Upgraded and developed management & supervision staff. Roanoke, VA Oversee and responsible for production, maintenance
and scheduling. In a facility with an annual volume of 30 MM cases, 4
production lines and 300 SKUs. Managed 65 hourly employees and 6
managers. Maintained plant capacity utilization at above105%.
Reduced accidents by 75%. Responsible for creating the first self
directed work team. Developed & implemented TQM training for all
personnel. Implemented new wastewater reduction program utilizing
new Ozone technology.
