2 years of professional work experience as a service Engineer at Nawa Engineers and private Ltd.
Made and Analyzed data from BOM for choosing the manufacturing process used.
Cost Model creation for light, heavy fabricated and machined components using Costimator OEM software used for component cost negotiations with suppliers.
Optimized cycle time of various processes required for manufacturing of components and assemblies of Clients products in Microsoft Excel.
Reviewing of drawings, part designs, manufacturing process, machining process and welding process for cost estimation and suggest possible cost reduction ideas.
Cost estimation of assemblies, sub-assemblies and parts based on current manufacturing process and improvements were made for the process for cost reduction.
From the current market rates, man power cost, tooling cost and machine costs are inputted with estimated costs of assemblies and parts for a cost model.
Gave inputs on materials (Steel, Aluminum), so that they can be procured at low costs with same strength.
Performed DFM and DFA on the parts for reducing manufacturing time.
Technical/Computer Skills: NX8, ProE, AutoCAD, Catia V5, MATLAB, Hypermesh, ANSYS, Microsoft Office, Machine shop training, Project Management.

ACADMEIC PROJECTS
Hydrogen Car: Jan 2012/April 2012
To reduce the pollution in the environment produced by the exhaust of the automobiles and to make use of alternate fuels to reduce the use of natural. Resources like petrol and its byproducts. To design the hydrogen cylinder used in the car and capacity of that cylinder and also the cost of the hydrogen and the properties of the fuel and its uses
Analysis of Blood Flow Dec 2014
The project is to analysis the blood flow in a large blood vessel to estimate the flow rate. A small amount of fat of certain thickness is assumed to be along the inside walls. The flow analysis is done using ANSYS; the type of flow assumed is steady flow to avoid the complexity in the work. The stresses induced are radial and longitudinal along the walls of the blood vessels, so assuming as a free wall and rigid blood vessel the variations and the radial stresses can be neglected. These stresses are calculated using the Abacus software for Analytical solution. The results obtained are helpful in developing the cures for the disorders caused in the blood.
