Developed system to determine internal cost of customized services provided to clients. System used to identify candidates for process streamlining, facilitate client onboarding and reduce credit risk.

Devised comprehensive new process for purchasing, vendor onboarding and expense approval. Identified over $2.1 MM (over 10% of EBITDA) in expected Y-o-Y cost savings and presented findings to Board.
