Presently involved in Supervision & Guidance to prepare new UHDE cell 6th Generation elements, membrane replacement and maintenance of used 4nd to 6th generation elements.

oDCS Operation to support panel operator and investigation of process deviation and troubles shooting for Run the plant smoothly in shift.

oPlanning of startup, short-term & long term shut down of the plant.

UDHE Membrane cell room, Brine primer& Secondary Purification, CCU, Hypo, Cl2 Liquidation& Vaporization, and H2&Cl2 Storage/Bottling HCl Synthesis &H2 fired Boiler. Plant Lab chemical analysis for Brine, caustic, H2SO2 & HCl. Mercury cell room Caustic& Brine Plant, APD, Cl2 & HCl plant.

Project Undertaken:

Active participation as lead during Erection & Commissioning of (UHDE GERMANY Technology) Membrane cell Caustic Soda 768.8 TPD and EDC 900 TPD Plants. P&ID,PFD, DCS Graphics,loop& Complex loop & field Correction through SOR, Walk through, Tightness test, leak test, complex loop test function test, mechanical run test (MRT&RFI), PSSR,HOZAP & SOP preparation.

Erection, commissioning, fabrication & Calibration of Intermediate and Bulk chemical storage tanks as a supervisor.
