At Awaken, I am in charge of team scheduling, bulk ordering, inventory tracking and stocking, drink preparation, customer satisfaction rates, and much more. It is also my job to train all new baristas and prepare them for their career in the coffee service industry, as well as teachings in proper customer service. Being a customer service representative at Ministry, I was in charge of handling customer service calls for online tithe giving, as well as explaining new process systems, troubleshooting online operation problems, and answering day-to-day customer questions and concerns.
Leading a team of 6 baristas, as well as handling all inventory, scheduling, and a service industry start-up shop, was a challenge and growth opportunity for me at Remedy Coffee. I learned proper ways to organize merchandise, the best system practices for scheduling teams, and how to budget commercial earnings for proper retail advancement.
