Senior Regional Human Resource and Talent Acquisition Manager (2015-Present);

Scope of duties consist of senior strategic HR Business Partner responsibilities. Accountable for planning and executing all HR functions within four 24/7/365 manufacturing operations facilities in Livonia, Detroit, Milwaukee and Pittsburgh. Served as an HR Business Partner to 450+ associates and leaders. Single HR point of contact for central manufacturing region supporting Senior Vice President and leadership team.
