Company: Singh erector Private limited from jan 2016-present

Project: 2x660 MW capacity power project. L&T MHPS has the contract of Supercritical Boiler awarded to M/S SEPL (steam generator) package. The owner of this project is NTPC, Tanda (UP).

Area of Work: Boiler Execution & Planning (Structure, Piping).

Job Profile:

Responsible for the Construction and Monitoring the site activity of Structure, Pressure Parts, Boiler around piping, other piping.

Preparation of detailed erection procedures & method statements.

Review the Engineering Documents, i.e. B.O.Q, P&IDs, Isometrics & Plant/piping drawings and optimizing material and resources requirement.

Planning, monitoring & controlling all site activities including manpower planning, resource planning & material planning for the systems/sub systems assigned by the Site Manager.

Continuously monitor the work progress as per the approved construction /erection schedule.

Attending site coordination meeting as required with client along with site-in-charge for resolving problems associated with the area of work.

Achievements:

Successfully executed Ceiling Girder Jack up (3000MT) within 09 days.(Record time)

Successfully executed Nose block (Part of boiler pressure parts) first to final jack up within 32 days.

Successfully completed Hydraulic test (at 404 kg/cm2) of pressure parts.

Awarded the best EHS performer of the year 2016-2017.
