Name: Emergency location tracking system using GSM and GPS Modem Description: Woman all the world is facing much unethical physical harassment. Social evils like molestation, dowry, crime against women, worst among all is rape is on the rise in many countries. Incidents of crime against women have been increasing at an alarming pace in Indian cities, most common incidents being rape, kidnapping, sexual harassment and eve teasing. This requires a fast pace due to lack of a suitable surveillance system. The system consists of GPS, GSM and Microcontroller and an emergency switch is attached with this system. Due to which when any woman is in critical condition then she can press these key and at that time microcontroller start working, GPS trace the location of woman, and with the help of GSM message will be send to the number which we have already registered in SIM.

ACHIEVEMENTS:

• Pursued one month Industrial training at Chandrapur Super Thermal Power Station CSTPS, Chandrapur.

• Participated in three days workshop of Bluetooth Robotics in association with IIT Kanpur organized by Spark lab Engineering System.
