Overview

* ***** ** ********** *********** and leadership experience in the United States Military where I earned a reputation for meeting the most challenging organizational goals and objectives by demonstrating initiative and innovation whether it’s on deployment in Afghanistan or a humanitarian relief mission for hurricane Sandy. My aim is not only to achieve the standard but to exceed them by maintaining a can do attitude in addition to;

Producing better results and enhancing productivity even during periods of austerity.

Standardizing – For example. When assigned to a new platoon of twenty eight soldiers on a forward operating base in Afghanistan I began by assessing the situation, then establishing an inventory control system that gained accountability for the foods available during missions based on there nutritional values in addition to managing the daily acquisition and preparation of supplemental refreshment. The result of which increased unit moral, productivity and resource utilization rate from 66% to 100% in less than 3 months.

Personal growth and development – By successfully motivating all members of my platoon I was able to maintain our integrity and values which intern proved invaluable during our most difficult periods; Maintaining accountability and responsibility for over

$300,000 worth of medical equipment and the only platoon to establishing lifesaving confidence through diligent training.

Safety plan (short and long term). I took the initiative to implement and manage the equivalent heat index work-rest cycle as the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) for the benefit of the entire company, ensuring that everyone worked efficiently and avoided any heat related injuries; assisted with modifying activities and the work/rest schedule as needed.
