OK International – Applied Lean Manufacturing principles throughout the company. Streamlined process, improved quality and reduced lead time from order to delivery (7 days to 48 hours).

Shurflo Pump Mfg. – Introduced & successfully launched a new product line utilizing Lean technique.

Helped streamline the other assembly areas throughout the company and removed any constraints.

The Lean line significantly reduced production cost, inventory, waste, floor space and streamlined material flows, met customer’s demanded quality and on-time delivery throughout the company.

TRW Space & Technology – Introduced Lean Technology to the company and implemented it 100% on the responsible RF Cable and Harness production line which resulted in reduced material cost by more than 50%, quality improved more than 60%, and delivered products way ahead of schedule.
