Completed the two-way interface between third party ordering system with distribution and accounting systems.

Completed credit card compliance project that had been stalled for over two years.

Saved $270,000 in license fees by removing unneeded, embedded third party software.

By Design Ordering Interface:

Built an interface between Reddwerks on AS/400 and third-party ordering system on SQL server using API’s and stored procedures and saved 1 million dollars by doing it in-house. Used a very lean team and implemented agile practices.

Managed and architected an AR and GL system for the third-party ordering system.

Worked closely with stake holders and communicated between business owners and developers and established collaboration and delivered maximum value.

Involved and facilitated discovery sessions.

Created system flow and integration with front end and back end.

Created data dictionary and designed database.

Accounting System/General Ledger rewrite:

Did business analysis and removed KBM AR and GL system and saved $270 K in licensing fees. Managed it with a very lean team and delivered results quickly in small functional phases to get user approval and prevent reworks.

Created AR and GL system and interfaced it to Oracle GL of Tupperware. Delivered results in short iterations to reduce scope creep and get customer satisfaction.

PCI Compliance Project:

Managed and worked on a PCI Compliance project for credit card payments for retail, accounts and invoices. Environment and technologies include IBM iSeries, RPG Free, SQL, DDS, Java APIs and CL that resolved the regulatory and compliance issues.

Established communication and collaboration with business owners and deployed in phases to avoid risk of losing payments from a big market.

Software Developer Senior Analyst, Dell, Plano, Texas http://www.dell.com (Oct 2012 – Feb 2014)

Created a monthly, HIPAA compliant, patient charges extract to run in batch, for the health care provider (Tenet) to review charges of each hospital. Environment and technologies include IBM iSeries, RPG Free, CL, FTP and pipe delimited text file

Automated a monthly data delivery process of health care provider to feed AchieveIT, a 3rd party Dashboard tool that will be used to track annual performance goals set for each hospital by the Regional Business Development teams. Environment and technologies include IBM iSeries, RPG Free, pipe delimited text file, FTP and CL.

Created a project to store specified Allscripts information from Client’s system to iSeries for reporting and analysis. Environment and technologies include IBM iSeries FTP, RPGLE, modules, service program, CL, OPAS tickets and email API.

Corrected Schedule I percentage in eReserve and Bad Debt historically. Environment and technologies include IBM iSeries FTP, RPG Free and CL.

Analyzed the requirements, designed the projects, built the databases, did QA, did implementation, worked with business owners and users and supported the applications.

Worked on a project to write client Account Receivable for ordering and credit card processing.

Worked on Client Connection project to maintain and add clients and enroll them in campaigns and send the mailings. It worked with web based front end in ASP through MISTUDIO data pipes.

Worked on Beautipage project to enroll in beautipage membership, renew and cancel it and provide different promotions. It worked with web based front end through RPGSQL stored procedures and uses modules, procedures and service programs.

Worked on Client locator application to search and assign consultant based on their zip code, it worked with web commerce and Workright was used to retrieve the closest dealer.

Worked on Client ordering for web commerce that includes address verification and client generation and Workright was used for address verification for both US and Canada.

Worked on online ordering using embedded SQL, service programs, triggers and stored procedures and

third party tool we interfaced with: Vertex Tax modules, credit card service.

Worked on monthly ordering promotions for iSeries and web commerce for US, Canada and Spanish market.

Managed project of online ordering on IBM WebSphere Commerce V7 with iSeries and MQ Series.
