Description: I have successfully done these objects.
1. BDC Upload - Purchase order text
2. Material Master Rejection Report
3. Order Entry Check List- SD module
Responsibility: 1.BDC Upload - Purchase order text
The purpose is to upload the purchase order text from EXCEL file, upload the same in Material Master Purchase order text view using SAVE_TEXT function module. BDC is used to transfer large amount of data from an external system into R/3. To upload excel file I use 'ASLM_EXCEL_TO_INTERNAL_TABLE'. With the help of SAVE_TEXT I uploaded the purchase order text view.
2. Material Master Rejection Report
This Report is required to analyse the rejections of goods purchased from vendors in a selected period of time. I collected the details of material and purchase order from ME23N. I joined 4 tables (MSEG, MKPF, MARC & EKBE) with the help of 'FOR ALL ENTRIES'. I use Object Oriented ALV report to present the data.
3. Order Entry Check List- SD module
This Report is required to analyse the reversed order details. In this report the customer wants a clear cut picture of reversed order. Here I joined 8 tables (VBAK, VBAP, VBEP, KNA1, MARA, MAKT, KONV & CDHDR). Here we can't use Inner Join because it will decrease the performance. So I use FORALL ENTRIES, Object Oriented ALV. I used 2 containers to present new and reversed orders. Apart from this I covered Smartforms, BAPI, BDC, BADI, IDOC, LSMW, Different types of Reports. I mainly focus on SD, MM, FICO modules. Mainly used VA01/VA02/VA03, ME23N transaction code.
