V.PUMP HOUSE (All centrifugal pumps,cooling tower)

VI.BATCH HOUSE (Belt conveyor,screw conveyor, Bucket elevator,hoists,Cranes,Hydraulic truck unloader,Batch mixer)

Inox Wind Limited:-

•Working in yaw system assembly as a acting team leader during absence of team leader.

•Responsible to finish in time all activities given by Sr. Engineer & report at the end of day.

•Working in Gearbox assembly & finish the assembly within given time with as per SOP.

•Well co-ordinate with other team member to finish assembly within agreed time to Sr. Engg.

•Responsible for Co-ordinate with Quality/TPI for witness the assembly process at minimum time level.

•Certify as a professional EOT crane in the plant (Crane capacity-100tones, 40tones, 10 tones etc.)

•Awarded by Operation head for shifting of Turbine (80 tones) in a minimum possible time.

•Timely inform about the shortages of components to sr. engineer.

•Responsible to provide all required materials to assembly with the help of Sr. Engineer & Store Officer.

•Working with Store team as required by plant.

•Working at Project site or other dept. whenever required by plant

Enercon India Limited:-

•Maintenance of Power generator, Hydraulic systems & power tools, D.G. And Motors etc.

•Managing preventive and predictive maintenance schedules of equipment to minimize stoppages in critical production areas; ensuring condition monitoring of various equipment.

•Identifying areas of obstruction/breakdowns and taking steps to rectify the equipment through application of trouble shooting tools.

•Schedule the Preventive maintenance, of tools generators and inspection periodical.

•Maintaining all documents related to the maintenance of equipments and schedule.

•Preparing requisition for tools and replacement.

•Preventive maintenance of WEC Turbine and inspection.

•Maintaining all the tools in smooth running condition.

Academic Qualifications:

•Diploma completed in mechanical Engg. from Karnataka open university in 2015 .

•ITI (Fitter) from Bellaguntha Sai ITC with an aggregate of 85% in the year 2009.

•Intermediate from Bellaguntha Science College in the year 2007.

•SSC from GT High School, Bellaguntha passed in the year 2005.
