Managed the deployment of mission-critical Year 2000 system upgrades, which resulted in the project being completed 2 months ahead of the planned timetable as well as being under budget.

Other positions included Manager of a Custom Applications Development Group which consisted of hardware, software and test engineers. The position entailed full accountability for budget and profitability for all related projects.
