Led several Domestic and International Directory & Operator Services implementation projects, which delivered over $30M in revenue. Managed the deployment of mission-critical Year 2000 system upgrades, which resulted in the project being completed 2 months ahead of the planned timetable as well as being under budget.

Other positions included Manager of a Custom Applications Development Group which consisted of hardware, software and test engineers. The position entailed full accountability for budget and profitability for all related projects.

Held positions of increasing responsibility in software development, systems integration, and testing from Software Engineer through Project Leader.
