Role:

Responsible for Project planning, Site Execution, Spool Management, Maintaining quality job and coordination with various contractors.

Static and Rotary Equipment Erection of ROGC Unit likes Column, Pumps, Cold-box, Blowers, Compressor, Condenser, turbines, Heat Exchangers, etc.

Maintaining the documentation record for monthly preparation of detail of UG Pipe lowering, AG Pipe erection, Spool Status and workout for the required inputs to complete the job within time.

Coordination with PFS dept. to track the timely supply of spool and updating the status day to day basis.

Coordination with design department regarding the collection of drawings and distributing the same for further execution.

UG Piping: - Checking the fit up, Hydro-testing of Pipe, Pipe lowering in the trench, Coating over the joints and giving further clearances backfilling.

Coordination with quality, civil and electrical dept. to clear the pipe line for getting backfilling clearance.

AG Piping: - Pipe Erection fit up and alignment, Piping support, Checking and witnessed of ISO clearance, Loop clearance, Mechanical clearance, Testing (Hydro & Pneumatic) of loops and box-up of loops and handed to O&M department.

Responsible for system wise PSSR activity.

Execution of Tie-In job in coordination with plant operations department.

Hydro testing of low pressure and high pressure loops, with pressure ranging from 10 kg/cm To 187 kg/cm in UG/AG piping.

Verifying and approving the contractor’s daily / Weekly certification of JMR's / RA bills.

Adequate crane capacity is used for erection & rigging scheme is followed for heavy pipe/spool erection and approving the P&M log sheet.

Managing the all aspects of safety at worksite by following PERMIT system including job risk assessments and isolation risk assessments.

Weekly doing the Site Safety Audit and preparation of report.

Ensure Compliance of all piping related ITP's.

Project Handled:

Title: Refinery off Gas Cracker (ROGC) Unit in J-3 Project

Highlights:

Successfully handing over of ROGC Plant and its Cooling Tower including AG piping erection, Mechanical clearance, Hydro testing and Box-up of loop files to O&M department.

Independently completed Erection of AG piping about 55000 IM out of total Area Scope of 42 Lakhs IM.

Independently completed lowering of UG piping about 124000 IM out of total Area Scope of 8.5 Lakhs IM.

Completed about 40000 IM ISO clearance, Loop clearance & testing and handing over to O&M department.

Project Handled:

Title: Low Density Poly ethylene (LDPE) unit in J-3 Project

Highlights:

Completing the testing (Hydro & Pneumatic) of about 2.4 lakh IM piping of CS, SS, Alloy Pipes and Steam Tracing tubes.

Hydro testing of low pressure and high pressure loops, with pressure ranging from 10 kg/cm to 350 kg/cm in AG piping.

Project Handled:

Title: Mono-ethylene Glycol (MEG) unit in J-3 Project

Highlights:

Completing the final box-up of loops.

Responsible for system wise PSSR activity and also involve in MIQA and WTPA Audit.

Jul'10 – Mar'14: Concast Steel & Power, Jharsuguda, Odisha as Engineer - Project Management

Role:

Responsible for Project planning, monitoring, quality job and Coordination with various vendors and contractors.
