Lead repositioning of Citrus Center (267,000 RSF) office tower through a $3.2 million capital investment. The repositioning was executed while the property was 85% occupied and resulted in a 20% increase in the renewal rate of the anchor tenant.

Currently facilitating a change in COPT’s service delivery platform by moving from a reactive to a proactive maintenance model to improve labor efficiency and customer service. The change will also lower operating expenses and extend the useful life of our equipment. Results:
oTenant service requests dropped by 1/3.
oPreventative maintenance hours tripled
oThe number of preventive maintenance work orders completed doubled
oThe preventative maintenance completion rate was 93%
