PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Read work orders or receive oral instructions to determine work assignments or material or equipment needs.
Record numbers of units handled or moved, using daily production sheets or work tickets.
Move freight, stock, or other materials to and from storage or production areas, loading docks, delivery vehicles, ships, or containers, by hand or using, forklift, pallet jack, trucks, tractors, or other equipment.
Knowledgeable of RF electronics via scanners and/or printers
Check vehicles to ensure that mechanical, safety, and emergency equipment is in good working order.
Collect delivery instructions from appropriate sources, verifying instructions and routes.
Maintain logs of working hours or of vehicle service or repair status.
Report vehicle defects, accidents, traffic violations, or damage to the vehicles.
Inventory and inspect goods to be moved to determine quantities and conditions.
Dispose of hazardous waste in an appropriate manner.
Assemble product containers or crates, using hand tools and precut lumber.
Load and unload cargo, using winches or other hoisting devices.
Receive and count stock items, and record data manually or using computer.
Store items in an orderly and accessible manner in warehouses. Mark stock items using identification tags, stamps, electric marking tools, or other labeling equipment.
