Responsible to be the connection between the customer and the plant; coordinating corrective actions, engineering test, follow the corrective actions of the defects found in the FTQ, dock audit of both customers Chrysler and General Motor besides to coordinate the update of the necessary documentation for the corrective actions 7D’s, 5 steps, control plans, flow charts and FMEA.

• Responsible to bring support and protected the customer Chrysler on Toluca Assembly Plant in the quality and engineering issues for the current products

(Stratus and Neon) and PT Cruiser launch.

• Successfully support and launch of the PT Cruiser project

• Keep good relationship with the customer in order to protect them and our plant with good PPM’S.

• Trained in Lear Carlisle facilities by the six-sigma academy and works in projects of process improvements projects, in order to reduce costs and improve quality in the manufacturing process in Lear Toluca Facilities.

• Completed black belt project reducing scrap in flow lines in the quarter panels of the PT Cruiser from 15% to under 2% using six sigma tools. Fisher Controls de Mexico
