Controller, 2006 – Present
Led the financial activities and managed all aspects of accounting and administrative functions for Des Moines location including sales, service, manufacturing, innovation and admin support. Revenues exceeding $80 million.
Created detailed departmental operational plans and budgets for multiple departments and divisions with consolidations. Created periodic reporting of actual to budget with variation analysis and reviewed with business managers.
Participated in strategic financial planning and forecasting for revenues, costs and results with KPI’s.
Have been lead and full charge of both internal and external audits and implemented internal controls to maintain checks and balances and process improvements.
