Identifying patients to participate in a Phase 3, multi-center, randomized, double-blind trial to compare the efficacy of KN-104-CR 8 mg with placebo and Livalo immediate- release 4 mg on the reduction of LDL-C and to evaluate the safety of NK- 104- CR 8 mg in patients with Primary Hyperlipidemia or Mixed Dyslipidemia.
