WORK EXPERIENCE:

Working as DCS Engineer in CETHAR ENERGY LTD, Trichy since 23rd July 2015

2X25MW CPP at Devapur, Telengana, for our client Orient Cement Limited.

2x135MW (Utility) at Aryan Coal Beneficiation, Korba(Shut Down Maintenance for a period of 2 months).

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITY:

Well versed in Hot Start-up, Cold Start-up, Hydro test and Hot Box-up procedures of Boiler.

Ability to handle the load fluctuation in normal operating condition..

Responsible for normal running activities like giving soot blowing, maintaining parameters and log sheet.

Handled major and critical - Operation and maintenance jobs of boiler in a systematic and efficient way.

Daily inspection of the Running Equipment

Making the report of fuel planning for efficient running of boiler and its accessories.

Preparing the regular maintenance schedule and follow-up

Preparing shutdown plan and completing the work efficiently within the estimated time.

Inspection of Refractory, coils, Burner systems and Air nozzles for shutdown time.

Involved in all ash handling system, Operation & maintenance.

Analysis of tripping & trouble shooting for Preventive Measures.

Analysis of equipment failures for Corrective & Preventive Action.

Analysis of all process parameters in the plant for efficient & effective operation.
