Monitored build progress and ensured quality assurance
& control in meeting VA guidelines and Energy Star requirements. Delivered (4) LEED Homes and designed & produced the contract construction documents for the organization. HFOT is a non-profit organization raising funds thru sponsors, volunteers, & donations to present individual homes at no cost to recipients. The S/L/A/M COLLABORATIVE, Boston,MA (Nov.2007-Jan.2009) Construction Administrator: Oversaw the simultaneous construction of 2 student dormitory projects at Vassar College; a complete interior renovation to an Existing 6-story masonry building & (3) New Townhouses. Attended weekly construction meetings and monitored the job sites as the Architect/PM Representative. Ensured that the GC was able to meet the Construction Schedule. Organized all CA documents with Prolog Manager 6.0, reviewed monthly pay requisitions, answered RFI’s, and responsible for Shop & Coordination Drawings.
