U.S. ARMY RESERVES Temporary Contract Assignment (Aug.2015-April 2016) HOMES FOR OUR TROOPS, Taunton, MA (Oct.2009-July 2015) Construction/Project Manager: Directed General Contractors nationwide in the construction of over 55 specially adaptive homes for severely injured veterans from Iraq & Afghanistan. Monitored build progress and ensured quality assurance

& control in meeting VA guidelines and Energy Star requirements. Delivered (4) LEED Homes and designed & produced the contract construction documents for the organization. HFOT is a non-profit organization raising funds thru sponsors, volunteers, & donations to present individual homes at no cost to recipients. The S/L/A/M COLLABORATIVE, Boston,MA (Nov.2007-Jan.2009) Construction Administrator: Oversaw the simultaneous construction of 2 student dormitory projects at Vassar College; a complete interior renovation to an Existing 6-story masonry building & (3) New Townhouses. Attended weekly construction meetings and monitored the job sites as the Architect/PM Representative. Ensured that the GC was able to meet the Construction Schedule. Organized all CA documents with Prolog Manager 6.0, reviewed monthly pay requisitions, answered RFI’s, and responsible for Shop & Coordination Drawings. Reviewed CD Drawings and their code compliance on several other office projects. U.S. ARMY, Ft. Assistant Project Manager: Effectively maintained the progress of Needham High School by working beside the Project Manager at start of CD Phase thru the First Tier of CA Phase. Drafted all wall & bldg section cuts. Met with the Town Building Committee for progress meetings. Acted as liaison between Massport, homeowners, contractors, and architects. Inspected & approved work and prepared construction status reports for meetings.
