Identify when corrective action is required and take appropriate action.
On a daily basis as directed by the QC Manager/Supervisor provide detailed reports on process conformance, reject rates, non-standard operating procedures.
Real time operational control/trouble shooting for critical processes (Phosphating, Bead Blasting, MPI)
