Duties included completing time and attendance every morning for approximately 50 employees and entering it into the time and attendance system, completing mail distribution appropriate employees in the office, completing interviews and assisting with waiting room traffic, answering telephones for both management area at my desk but also public inquiry line, handling request for claim statuses to Congressional offices, completing Third Party Drafts by paying bills for the office and entering information into computer, mailing out bills, using credit card to order supplies throughout the year and during the month of September, tallying up supplies needed and calculating the budget money approved for our office to determine what is needed with the amount of budget price compare supplies for the best deal, performing at least 1,000 Third Party Queries for several other government agencies daily, completing Childhood Disability claims and forms and conducting interviews with the recipients or representative payees, forms required, complete forms and personnel issues from employees and expedite for review of case, Handled sending outgoing mail and folders to the Disability Determination Division. Pulled old case files from filing cabinets and boxed and mailed them to PC Storage centers, open and distributed any incoming FedEx, UPS, and other agency boxes mailed into office, worked closely with management on procurement, personnel issues such as grade and step pay raises, assisted Management, Claims Representatives, Service Representatives, Technical Experts, and other employees from the Conway District Office on various personnel issues and claims, completed listings of claim reviews needed by Disability Determination Division by completing updates on claims via telephone or in person interviews, produced weekly schedules for all Claims and Service Representatives for various claims that were scheduled by claimants and recipients by composing the schedule and printing it out and distributing them to all employees in the office, any claims, document verifications, filing, appointment scheduling, etc. that were behind I was given listings and completed them to get our district office caught up and get the work completed.
