Liaison to Senior Management for key strategic initiatives. Responsible for taking new business concepts from an initial feasibility study all the way through operational implementation.

Defined and led effort to develop a cost loading program aimed at loading procurement related and carrying expenses into the unit cost of product and enhancing gross profit margin. Led to an immediate 23% increase in gross profit margin from Q3 2002 to Q4 2002.
