Technical Project Manager, Digital Enterprise Team, Locomotive (2016 – Present)

Coordinate with the functional line organization and the digital organization to drive inputs and requirements into the new Digital Enterprise PLM structure being developed to meet various customer requirements throughout the product lifecycle. Responsible for developing processes, training, and integration into the functional areas.

Coordinated and planned the training for the Engine group (256 people) across three continents (North America, India, Australia) with various levels of training for different job positions. Achieved 93% of personnel trained before Go-Live.

Developed the template engineering BOM (bill of material) that feeds into the manufacturing BOM and service BOM that serves as the baseline for all future BOMs in the new PLM system.

Responsible for process, product, quality, and equipment improvements for thermostatic and clad materials from incoming materials, to bonding and sintering, to rolling, slitting, cleaning, and stamping.

Implemented solutions for wavy clad strip that ceased the need to rework half of the coils processed without capital investment – Entirely personnel/teamwork driven

Developed new strip process to reduce edge to center variation from 0.0045” to 0.0031”

Improved Yields - Modine Cold Bond: from 88.2% to 93.1%; Modine Strip: from 88.6% to 92.9%; Cold Bond Thermostatic: from 93.0% to 96.3%
