Combined logistics roles for an in-house, CPE Recycling Program that saved 40% over vendor’s costs.
Built a team of warehouse and hardware and software testing professionals to perform E2E / UAT / Vendor Acceptance Testing (VAT) for both VOIP / Cable Modem (ARRIS, SA) and STB (Thomson, Pace) platforms. Worked with affiliates from other UPC countries.
