Generate central plant morning programs for Chillers and Boilers. Schlage key lock system, assist
contractors and vendors with facility upgrades such as 1000-ton York Chiller and new Cooling Tower.
Assigned all incoming work orders and distribute preventive maintenance logs to engineers. Conduct
all lock smith duties to main campus and retail stores, service all electrical which includes all types of
circuits, wiring diagrams and drawings. Experience with 480 volts, plumbing of the court
yard buildings. Coordinate monthly staff meetings for fire life safety.

Ran a one-man plant in downtown high rise. Was in charge of HVAC electrical and plumbing budget for the
