Randall Williams

***********@*****.*** - 704-***-****

I have 14 years of forklift experience; have not had a major accident on the forklift. I have over 10 years’ experience as an Ink technician and almost two years as a batch maker. Authorized to work in the US for any employer.

WORK EXPERIENCE

Ink Technician

Classic Packaging - Pfafftown, NC - February 2016 to October 2016

Made ink for two presses.

Used the forklift to move raw materials to designated areas.

Toned ink at the press when necessary.

Kept up with the ink schedule, presses ran 24/7.

Helped in other departments when needed.

Cleaned my work area up after each shift.

Batchmaker

Akzo Nobel - High Point, NC - January 2014 to December 2015

Made catalyst batches for furniture producing companies.

Read each batch ticket carefully, looked at a special Code on each ticket that told me the proper personal protective equipment to wear.

Was trained and certified on the forklift. I used the forklift to grab all the raw materials needed to make each batch.

All raw materials were weighed up as accurately as possible and the amount weighed up was documented for future reference.

All mixing containers were grounded to avoid flash fires. When not busy i would help my fellow co-workers.

.

Ink Technician

Sun Chemical - Thomasville, NC - March 2002 to October 2013

Was stationed at an implant in Thomasville N.C. for a printing company.

Was responsible for seven ink presses that ran 24/7.

Used an ink dispenser with an inventory program installed to make the ink, If the customer needed a 23 yellow for a job I would type that into the computer and if there was usable ink available the

Computer would inform me of the location while the dispenser would dispense the rest.

Each color for each job was checked for quality before it was sent to the press and this action was documented and saved for future reference.

Trained and certified on the sit down forklift that was used to move raw materials that I would move to my work area.

Some customers required that we use a device called the X-Rite to check the color on certain jobs.

If the color was contaminated at the press, I would be called to use quality control techniques to get the color back to customer specifications by adding ink base etc.
