Accountable for achieving production goals, on-time deliveries, plant efficiency, and customer service/satisfaction. Ensured compliance with OSHA and other regulatory agencies.

• Reduced turnover from 60% to 30% by identifying employee needs and concerns and implementing measures to address those areas. Conducted regular meetings.
