Achieved an increase of 5% to the gross profit over the prior year though sustaining a reduction in sales/shipments of 20% (also compared to prior year). Key strategic cost reduction due to improvements in labor efficiency combined with negotiated vendor price decreases on critical raw materials to yield results.
