Reduced scrap nearly 8% to create a first pass yield of 99.4%.

Reduced inventory by $1 million while maintaining 98%+ on time delivery with rising customer demand. Maintained an inventory accuracy level below 1% physical to book ten years running.

Achieved an increase of 5% to the gross profit over the prior year though sustaining a reduction in sales/shipments of 20% (also compared to prior year). Key strategic cost reduction due to improvements in labor efficiency combined with negotiated vendor price decreases on critical raw materials to yield results.

Demonstrated compliance by working closely with the state regulators and interfacing with the EPA to develop a progressive working relationship while updating control equipment and practices.
