• In charge of collaterals and marketing activities (partnerships, events, e-commerce etc.) for all departments of The Curve Hotel

• Communicate information about the hotel, the various services, facilities, events and employees in a positive manner to the global market place. Maintain a high profile in the local community.

• Implement and maintain the corporate brand guidelines and quality standards in all collaterals, branded items and events.

• Contribute to defining policy and procedures for managing the social media platforms, communication and reporting in English and Arabic language.

• Responsible for creating and posting content on the different social media platforms and channels.

• Build followers and fan-base on all social media platforms.

• Make sure data input on the property website is accurate and up-to-date.

• Submit proposals to update the website content (text + pictures) on a regular basis, in order to keep a “dynamic” website.

• Submit seasonal promotions and events.

• Co-ordination of the e-marketing planned and last-minute activities needed by the Sales department to achieve the results.

• Oversees and manages the maintenance of the hotel website and Social Media, coordinates and manages the updating and modifications to hotel website as often as needed.

• Studies and proposes online marketing opportunities and initiatives to further maximize the online market penetration of hotels websites

• Produces a monthly E-Marketing Report indicating the market penetration and online production achieved by hotels

• Meets and negotiates with third-party vendors offering online marketing services and solutions
