•Responsible, in collaboration with 40 Expatriate Engineers and 180 Nationals, for overseeing large fleet of heavy earthmoving equipment and maintaining plant site repairs and major overhauls and warranty issues achieving 95% availability

•Successfully adapting to changing circumstances, planning for contingencies and efficiently moving between projects and sites, maintaining consistency and assimilating new technologies

•Providing management and support to all site personnel, including training, performance management and assessment enabling attendance, presentation, discipline and accuracy in accordance with good practice

•Implementing an efficient repair service and negotiating competitive terms with parts suppliers and monitoring fuel consumption thus significantly reducing operational costs
