Agile PM - Health Home Reporting Portal

HHR Portal is designed to track all the medical records of patients enrolled with various health homes and healthcare providers under Bronx Lebanon Hospital. Reports show the trends how the patients are moving from hospital to hospital so that to give the best quality of services and reduce the costs by preventing redundancy in services. This application monitors the number of patients enrolled into the health home system and assign the patients to various care coordinators under that health home.

Product Owner/Project Manager – FICO/DM9 Platform Migration

DM9 (Debt Manager 9) is a Recovery Platform Migration project that replaces current legacy RMS systems, Bank products and Card products that are being used across Collections & Recovery lines of business. This migration gives Bank of America the flexibility to service recovery (closed side) accounts and collections (open side) accounts products on a single platform.

Responsible for product backlog planning of FICO-DM9 product streams

Initiate & facilitate story intake meetings

Agile PM - Denial Analytics project

This product is to automate the process of analysis and resubmission of claim denials and thereby enhancing the revenues of Providers. This enables the payees and providers to track the claims which are denied and the reason for their denial. Data is shown in the charts and grids for easy navigations and data is grouped and showed based on the payers, payees and providers. And the data can be drill down to month level and day level thus the Manager and Admin can identify the pending claims and so the claims can be assigned or monitored. So based on the data, providers and payee A/R’s can claim them again for the payment to the payers.

Responsible for product backlog planning of Denial Analytics

Prioritize stories for working & elevation sprints in Rally.

Vanguard Canada: Is a new website launched to support Vanguard’s ETFs (Exchange Traded

Funds) in the Canadian market. Vanguard Canadian ETFs are traded on Toronto Stock Exchange. This project was implemented in 5 phases. First phase was new website launch with About Vanguard and content pages. Second phase was new ‘Fund’ launch – started with 5 ETFs for the Canadian market. Third phase comprising of portal site with separate landing pages for Advisors, Institutional; Individual investors and Canada Mobility project (Digital marketing – responsive design etc.). Other two phases were Fund compare tool; Cost compare tool.
